It’s never too late to sign up! Register now and we’ll still mail you all challenge details and swag for any months you missed.
2020 is over! We are kicking off 2021 with a brand new virtual fitness series. Whether you’re an elite runner, a casual jogger, a fan with a New Year’s resolution or just trying to shake off 2020 – 2021RUN is the challenge for you! For just $1 a day, this 12-month commitment is full of fun themes, cool swag and all 4 Giant Race series stops! That’s right, this challenge includes registration for the Scottsdale, Sacramento, San Jose and San Francisco Giant Races.
On the first of each month, we will be releasing a surprise theme. Distances will range from 5K to 5 miles and you will have the whole month to complete your run. There are a total of 12 challenges, 4 of which will be themed around the Giant Race Series presented by Alaska Airlines. Each month we will mail you an exclusive commemorative enamel pin and a race bib for each of the 12 challenges. And you’ll receive the awesome swag just like you are used to for running the 4 Giant Races, but we’re keeping details of that swag a surprise for now (trust us, it’s worth it)! All participants will also receive the 2021 Series Sweep Award – a limited edition lightweight backpack. There will also be some surprise interactions with Giants training and support staff who drive the strategic fitness, health and wellness mindset of our team on and off the field! At the end of December ’21, we will be sending you a display for all 12 pins.
This is your yearlong season pass for everything Giant Race!
This series started off with our “First Run in ’21” 5K followed by our “Hearts in SF” 3.5-mile run. In March we are taking on Scottsdale for our first Giant Race Series stop. We’ll wrap up the series in December by “Bringing it Home.” We hope to be able to celebrate our accomplishments together at home plate.
Now, you might be wondering, what are the other themed months? Like we said, you won’t find out until the first of each month, but that’s what keeps this thing more interesting, right? We think so.
