Friday Night Bootcamp


Work up a sweat on the field at AT&T Park! Get your body moving, shaking & squatting for one hour in the outfield and take in the surrounding sights and smells that make up AT&T Park. Bootcamp-ers can expect to feel energized & accomplished upon completing the workout — what better way to kick off the Giant Race Health & Wellness weekend.

Miguel Vargas is a Senior Course Instructor at TRX. He has been teaching classes at the TRX Training Center since 2010 and loves every minute of it! Miguel is also part of the Training and Education team that creates and delivers all of the training content for TRX’s consumers and partners. Miguel’s professional fitness career spans over the 10 years, but his passion for sports an training has been a lifetime. His promise is to make sure you work hard and have fun. When it comes to a workout it’s hard to picture those two together, but you won’t know what it’s like until you step into his class! Showing up is the hard part, so leave it to Miguel to help you #StayFitSon


Who: Anyone interested in being on the field at AT&T Park and sweating a little.

What: Full body workout bootcamp. An instructor will lead you through a full body bootcamp-style workout and target multiple muscle groups. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

When: During the Health & Wellness Expo on Friday, September 7th from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.

Where: AT&T Park.

Why: To encourage you to try something new!

Cost: $30. (BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat)

Bring your yoga mat, water, comfy clothes, and a good attitude.
