2023 Giant Race
The 14th Annual Giant Race is BACK at Oracle Park on Sunday, September 3rd! Choose from a 5K or a 10K and finish on the Field! If you can’t make it to the race, sign up for our virtual option so you can run from anywhere in the world.
We are also hosting a Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, September 2nd that includes an assortment of fitness vendor offerings, Packet Pickup, a Kids Race, a “Grand Slam” Family Challenge and more! Participants are encouraged to attend the entire weekend’s activities to get the full race experience.

Have friends, family and colleagues who you want to run with this year? Create a team to share the Giant Race experience! As an extra benefit, Team Captains who create a team of 9 or more will be able to run for free!
How it Works:
- When you register for the 2023 Giant Race, in the Team Section, be sure to select: “Yes, create a new team and add this registrant”
- Enter your “Team Name“
- Complete your own Registration for the 2023 Giant Race.
- Share your unique code with your friends, family and colleagues.
- Once your team has 9 or more runners, we will refund your Race Entry.
*If you have already registered as an Individual Runner and want to form your own team. Please email info@giantrace.com provide your “Full Name” and the “Team Name” you want to register and we will respond with your team-specific “Join My Team” link.

When registering, in the Teams section, select ‘Yes, add this registrant to a team created by someone else‘ and search for the team name. If you don’t see the name populate, ask your team captain to send your team’s unique name so you can join.
BOGO Tickets
Giants Race participants have the opportunity to get two tickets for the price of one to Monday through Friday Giants games during the 2023 season!
Available seating categories range from the View Level to the Club Level.
Tax, fees and other terms apply. Price point and seating category varies by game. Tickets are subject to availability. This offer is online only. Max of 6 tickets per game, must purchase in increments of two(2). Valid games include Monday through Friday San Francisco Giants home game at Oracle Park during the 2023 regular season. This offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Ticket Restrictions: (a) Tickets purchased through this offer are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers; (b) Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser; and (c) any sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets purchased through this offer in violation of (a) or (b) is prohibited. Tickets purchased, sold or transferred in violation of the Ticket Restrictions will be revoked without refund.

Health and Wellness Expo and Packet Pick-up: Be sure to stop by the Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, September 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to pick up your packet, watch the Kids Races, and be part of other fun wellness programming throughout the day. The entrance will be at Willie Mays Plaza (3rd & King).

- 9:15 a.m. – Join Nike Well Collective for Yoga on the Field
- 11:30 a.m. – Kids Race begins

Reminder! Unless your bib was mailed to you or you pre-purchased race day pick-up, you should plan to pick up your packet on Saturday. If you’re unable to attend the Expo, you can have a family member or friend pick up your packet for you, otherwise there will be a $30 fee to pick up your packet on race day!
Race Times: The 5K & 10K races will begin on Sunday, September 3 at 9:00 a.m. The Kids Race will take place during the Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, September 2 at 11:30 a.m.
Course Info: Check out our 5K & 10K course maps located below in advance to know where to find the start line (2nd & King), bathrooms (3rd & King), and aid stations (Pier 3 and Embarcadero & Kearney St.) along the route. Get ready for scenic views and iconic San Francisco landmarks along the way!

Getting Here: Public transit is the best way to get to and from Oracle Park. Bicycle parking is available on public bicycle racks along the walkway between the Marina & 2nd and King gates. If you plan to drive, reserve parking in advance via SpotHero.

Oracle Park Bag Policy: Backpacks (including clear backpacks) are not permitted. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags, and guests with accessible needs.

Giant Race VIP Race Day Guide
September 3rd is right around the corner and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Giant Race VIP Lounge! The pre-race private entrance to the VIP Lounge will be located at the corner of 2nd Street and King Street (under the clock tower). We’ll help you get ready for your race by offering a gear check, private restrooms, and the benefit of enjoying the area to relax and stretch.
Upon finishing your race, you will be able to access the exclusive lounge via the stairs at the Triple doors at the top of Promenade Level Section 128. We will offer an assortment of beverages for hydration. VIP Lounge hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., so please feel free to come and go as you please.
