GENERAL

Q: ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?

 We are unable to cancel & refund race registrations, but do we offer a few alternatives if you cannot make the race:

  1.         Transfer your registration to someone else: Can’t make the race? You can transfer your race bib to another eager runner HERE
  2.         Virtual Race: Can’t make the race in person but still want to receive the runner swag? Run the event virtually and run the race wherever you are! Switch your race distance to the “Virtual” option HERE
  3.          Can’t make the race? Defer your entry to 2021 HERE.
Q: CAN I SWITCH RACE DISTANCES

Yep! You can choose which race distance you’d like to transfer to HERE.

Q: I FOUND A MISTAKE ON MY REGISTRATION, HOW CAN I FIX IT?

Please visit your  Participant Dashboard on Race Roster.

Q: IS IT TOO LATE TO HAVE MY PACKET MAILED TO ME?

Packets are mailed out and scheduled to arrive 5 – 7 days before the event.  If you DO NOT select the bib mailing option, you MUST attend the Health & Wellness Expo on (September 4th or 5th). The time frame will be scheduled tentatively and is subject to change

If you wish to receive your bib in the mail, you may request to do so HERE.

Q: WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EXPO?

 The expo will take place at Oracle Park – 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107

EXPO HOURS

Friday, September 4th  from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (tentative, and may be subject to change)

Saturday, September 5th  from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (tentative, and may be subject to change)

Q: WHERE CAN I PARK ON RACE DAY?

All official ballpark lots (Lot A, Lot C and Pier 48) are ONLY reserved for pre-paid passes: no cash will be accepted onsite on race day. This is an effort to improve traffic flow and eliminate congestion on the morning of race day. If you did not purchase a Pre-Paid Parking Pass while registering, you may do so HERE.

Q: I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PARKING PASS !?

RACE DAY

Q: WHAT ARE THE RACE START TIMES?
  • Half-Marathon/10k at 7 AM – Sunday, 9/6
  • 5k at 10:50 AM – Sunday, 9/6
  • The Kids Race/Family Relay will take place on Saturday, 9/5 at noon inside of Oracle Park
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND THE TIMES FOR THE KIDS RACE/FAMILY RELAY ON SEPTEMBER 7TH?
  • 12:00 PM – Ages 10-12
  • 12:15 PM – Ages 7-9
  • 12:30 PM – Ages 4-6
  • 12:45 PM – Family Relay
Q: WHAT ARE THE TIME LIMITS?
  • All runners must finish the 5K in less than 90 minutes
  • The 10K must be completed in less than 1hr. 45 minutes
  • The Half Marathon must be completed in less than 3hr. 30 minutes
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T FINISH IN TIME?

Runners who do not maintain the suggested pace MAY be instructed to turn around and head back to the Finish Line to accommodate road openings mandated by the City of San Francisco. Any participants who do not maintain pace proceed at their own risk will be required to use sidewalks adjacent to the course and must abide by stoplights and pedestrian traffic laws. If you happen to be on the course after the required pace time, we will do everything in our power to keep the finish line open a bit longer if possible.

Q: ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE?

Strollers are ONLY permitted on the 5k course. 

Q: ARE THERE AID STATIONS ALONG THE COURSE?

There are 4 Aid Stations located along the route with water and electrolytes.

Q:  DOES THE RACE HAVE SWEAT CHECK?

The Sweat Check will be located in Lot A for all registered runners starting at 5:00 AM

Q:  CAN FAMILY AND FRIENDS WATCH A PARTICIPANT FINISH?

Yes, Oracle Park will be open to spectators!  Seating will be allowed in the lower concourse and outfield bleachers.  Entry/exit into Oracle Park will be available via the Willie Mays Plaza entrance.  No spectators will be allowed on the field.

Q: DO YOU OFFER AGE-DIVISION AWARDS?

Yes, we’ll offer age group awards for the top 3 individuals in each age group.
